Overview
Talentra AI is an AI-powered career and recruitment platform with dedicated Candidate, Company and Admin experiences. Candidates can build profiles, upload and analyze CVs, practice interviews with an AI Career Coach, take skill-based quizzes, track performance, receive company invitations, schedule interviews and chat with recruiters. Companies can discover and review candidates, manage hiring invitations, schedule interviews and communicate with applicants. The Admin panel provides centralized management of candidates, companies, platform activities and recruitment workflows.
The Challenge
The product needed three connected experiences — candidate, company and admin — with AI-assisted career preparation and hiring workflows in a single platform.

Work contributed by our engineers across the candidate, company and admin panels — including AI-assisted career tools, authentication, APIs and production deployment.
The Solution
We implemented dedicated panels for each user type, with profile and CV workflows, AI career coaching, quizzes, invitations, interview scheduling and messaging, backed by APIs, authentication and role-based access.
